Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. Thus we cannot guarantee the price of an item until you order, but please note that we do NOT charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.

Net 30: for credit approved customers, for camera or camcorder orders — or if your order is over $500 — click here to download a convenient credit card authorization form. Please print, and fax a signed copy to us.

Acceptance
Customer's receipt of products purchased from Film Emporium constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions noted here.

Return Policy
All sales are final. All returns are at the sole discretion of Film Emporium and subject to a 25% restocking fee. No cash credits. Film Emporium must be notified within one week upon receipt of any discrepancies with your order. Please check orders upon receipt, All approved returns must be in original condition.

Warranty Information
Most items sold by Film Emporium are covered by manufacturers' warranties. When the item has a manufacturer's warranty, and/ or the warranty period has expired, calls for service or repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service centers. Film Emporium shall not be responsible for any commercial damages, when incidental or consequential or otherwise that results from defective product, any late, misdirected or incorrect shipments.

Film, Tape, or Accessory items will be replaced if defective in manufacture, labeling, or packaging, or if lost by us. Except for such replacement, the sale, processing, or other handling of material is without warranty of liability even though defect, damage, or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. In addition, color film will not be replaced for, or otherwise warranted against, any change in color.

Sales Tax
No Sales Tax is charged on orders outside of New York. Companies that hold resale certificates or Tax Exempt Forms are asked to fax or present a copy.
